In placing an order with us you accept our terms and conditions as stated here. No variation of these will be accepted unless agreed in writing by us before the order is placed. We reserve the right to refuse any order, especially where there is likely to be a breach of copyright. Any such attempted breach of copyright may be reported to the holder of said copyright.
The prices contained on this web site supersede any previous published prices. Any alterations to these prices must be agreed in writing before placing an order, otherwise the published price will be used. We reserve the right to alter any prices without notice, but should prices have changed you will be informed at the time of placing your order. All prices shown include VAT at the current rate.
We will at all times endeavour to work to your colour requirements, but due to limitations within the colour printing process, it is not possible to guarantee 100% accurate colour/density matching. Please supply samples where the best possible match is required. If no samples are supplied we will use our best judgement. Any reprinting of work that is within our quality guidelines where samples were not supplied in the first instance will be charged for.
All sizes quoted are nominal and we cannot be held responsible for slight variations that may occur. Please ensure that you have backup copies of any files sent to us for printing. We can not be held responsible for any lost or corrupted files sent to us. Quoted times are to be used as a guide only and we will endeavour to keep within the time frame chosen by you. However, at times of peak demand it may be necessary to lengthen service times. You will be informed of any changes when the order is placed.
We are able to offer a postal service using 1st Class, Special Delivery or Carrier. Postage is charged at cost + £1.20.Once an item has entered the postal system we can not be held responsible for delays or any losses caused by delays. Please choose carriage method wisely as the Post Office will only pay out a maximum of £32.00 on lost 1st Class postal claims and a package is not classed as lost until it has been missing for 16 days.
You must notify us of any errors or damage to orders received within four working days of receipt. Please keep all packaging and paperwork as we may need to provide proof of postal damage to the delivery company
We are more than happy to open an account for you on receipt of all relevant information requested on the account registration form shown below. All work will be invoiced at the end of each month, with payment due within 30 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest at 4% above Barclays Bank base rate on any account that remains unpaid. Where there is continual late payment we will close the account and take whatever steps necessary to recover the outstanding amount plus any costs incurred in the recovery. We reserve the right to suspend or close any account not run in accordance with our terms and conditions.
